I called JJ & Son’s Plumbing yesterday to let them know I was worried about my sump pump that was about eight years old and two toilets that the handle would stick and to cap off my water, backup system for my sump pump. Jim called me back right away and said he’d let me know by the end of the day when he could come out. He sent a text and said he’d be at my house by 11 o’clock this morning and switched out my sump pump, fixed both toilets and capped off my water backup system because the city of Warren was requiring certifications and permits to be pulled with follow up. He was super fast and efficient and got all that work done including a trip to Lowe’s within an hour and 15 minutes. I couldn’t be happier. Had a drain, clean out issue that I needed some advice or help with. I definitely called the right people. They were honest up front and let me know what I could do to try to mitigate the problem myself before having to have them come out. That sounds like the type of company that prioritizes people over money. They were local, they were fast to pick up the phone and fast to call back when necessary. This is my third residential work order with JJ & Sons Plumbing; I couldn't be happier!  Jim always makes himself available to come out and review the job with me and answer all my questions before issuing his quote--in this way there are no surprises.  Ted has been out to our home to complete the work on all three appointments; on-time, courteous and pretty quick, but most importantly he has pride in his work and goes the extra mile to complete the line modifications and installations in a neat, orderly and consistant manner; simply put, his work looks clean and professional! JJ & Sons Plumbing handled a full plumbing overhaul in a rehab house we renovated, including installing a new tub, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink, and removing all of the old plumbing. Our water heater rusted out and started leaking Sunday afternoon, and we had a brand new unit installed about 24 hours later. Both gentlemen we talked to were incredibly helpful, understanding, super friendly, and clearly skilled at their job.
